Perfomance issues

Hello,

Even though I am running a website without any visitors on high-end VPS (more than 4 cores) website is still so slow.

I am not using lots of plugins only the heavy plugins that I have can be WPML.
Is there any solution for it?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Test the speed of some new page with a similar number of content elements (sliders, images, posts, products etc).
