ya.predkoParticipantDear Woodmart Support Team,
We are experiencing performance issues on our website, as highlighted by a recent PageSpeed Insights report. Our Core Web Vitals assessment is currently failing.
For performance optimization, we are using the following plugins:
WP Rocket: for caching and JavaScript optimization.
Perfmatters: for CSS optimization (including critical CSS generation, minification), critical image management, and lazy loading control.
According to the PageSpeed Insights report, we have identified the following issues that we believe may be related to the theme:Core Web Vitals:
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): 3.4 s – The report indicates that “Largest Contentful Paint image was loaded late”. The LCP element is the following image:
<img loa ding=lazy deco ding= async class =wp-post-image wp-post-image
We are using Perfmatters for managing critical images and have disabled lazy loading in the theme settings, WP Rocket, and Perfmatters. Despite this, the LCP image is still loading with the loading=”lazy” attribute. Please investigate if there is any forced lazy loading for this type of element within the theme, even when the settings are disabled.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate these issues and provide guidance or a solution to improve our website’s performance and pass the Core Web Vitals assessment.
We are happy to provide you with access to our website for further analysis if needed.
Thank you for your assistance!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
LCP(Largest Contentful Paint) message doesn’t mean that this particular element is loaded slowly. It just indicates which element is the Larger Contentful Paint. Read more here https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/lighthouse-largest-contentful-paint/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
First, you need to optimize the site in general – https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/
These issues (https://prnt.sc/3OOyztvZ72LL) together can cause this problem, so I suggest sorting out those diagnostic issues and then re-check whether the “Largest contentful…” issue persists or not.
As for the lazy, try to disable the lazy from WP – https://prnt.sc/ckl9s2JMLgjk and in the settings of the Elementor – https://prnt.sc/QRuN6rL066gu
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue is related to the Pre-loading file in the Perfmatters plugin – https://monosnap.com/file/Beg2vduYIWRDOM6gRqf9uVitt81wqO
After we disabled it, the issue with the LCP is gone – https://monosnap.com/file/hp3DeNmIxrxojioqbVZdcTjhX5PJbV
