Performance optimization step 4.3 no longer works

I am following the performance optimization guide. It is pretty useful. However, it seems that step 4.3 no longer works with wp rocket. When following those steps it no longer ads the exceptions to WP rocket.

Can this be fixed in a future woodmart version?
