We have the phone number as mandatory for customers to complete. However when we push all info for parcel or Zakeke the phone number is not being sent, all the other customer details are being sent out.
Can someone look into this issue please?
Secondly, We also cannot add phone number in the delivery field of WooCommerce because this option is missing. The phone number can be added in the invoice section of WooCommerce.
Kindly recommend temporarily switching to the default WooCommerce Storefront theme on your live site during low-traffic hours to check if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is related to our theme or not.
