PHP Errors woocommmerce/basel template

I do have problems with some php errors:
Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /www/htdocs/w00e6cb5/shrovetide/wp-content/themes/basel/inc/woocommerce.php on line 367
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /www/htdocs/w00e6cb5/shrovetide/wp-content/themes/basel/inc/theme-setup.php on line 188

Please make sure you run the recent theme version, If you do, please deactivate all the plugins not related to the themes and provide your site admin access into the private area.

thanks. I deactivated all Plugins. I’m sure it’s the theme, because the php errors are not there, if I deactivate the theme.
I’m using version basel 3.5. How can I get the new version of the Basel Theme? I bought a support license some days ago. As you can see in the screenshot below, there is no chance to update the theme.

That’s the Link for Woodmart. I’m using Basel and also tried this introduction:

But I don’t know where I can get the current Basel theme file. Where can I download it?
