According to the Gtmetrix report from your screenshot, you have a few issues with your website configuration. First, you need to decrease images size for products to resolve “Serve scaled images”. You can do this in via Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.
The second one is solved by some cache plugin. Personally, we prefer WPRocket and it works well on our demo for example.

The reason why the site is so slow is because of the (favicon.png) file. How can I fix this problem?

Actually, your screenshot is not saying that the favicon make your website slow. It is just loaded at the end and it is how it works in WordPress. You can switch to default WordPress theme and see the same.

How to disable (favicon.png) in the template?

It is a WordPress function and you can remove it in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Site identity.
Be sure that you don’t have Favicon uploaded via Theme Settings -> General. This option is deprecated now.
