Plugin WPBakery

Hola compré tema woodmart pero no se instala WPBakery, al momento de visualizar la plantilla tengo muchos problemas, necesito ayuda por favor.

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try and upload the plugin from the FTP/Cpanel.

If you still unable then provide with ftp and admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
