My pop up only show once. when visit again visit my website, it not active. how long it will show again? or only show once?
I need my pop up active when my customer visit website. How can I do it?

Actually the promo popup is designed in this way that it will be shown only the first time when someone visits your site. There is no such option in theme to display the popup each time when the page refresh. The only way is to clear your cache and you will see it again.
The popup is shown only once when we open your home page and if we close it will not be opened again.
