Popup is showing in the end of the page

Please check why my popup is showing in the end of the page, I can only see it when I scroll the page down.

The issue appeared due to the enabled “Optimize CSS delivery” option in the settings of the “WP Rocket” plugin.

So please disable it, clear the cache and recheck the issue.

can you just provide me the CSS to exclude from WP ROCKET option of optimizing CSS delivery.

The thing is that you do not need any CSS for that, just uncheck this option in the settings of the WP Rocket and clear the cache after that.

Actually I want to only exclude the popup from CSS optimization, If I totally disable the option my whole CSS code will not optimized and my website performance will get hurt
