When I inspect your popup most of the colors are set to transparent for the inner elements of the popup. The content exist inside your popup but not shown due to transparency. So if you write any custom css for the popup clases then undo those changes.
After doing this if the issue is still there then deactivate all of your third party plugins not required by the theme and send me the admin credentials of your site.
