Hi, please, I need help: I’ve already enabled all options for the user to leave a comment on posts, but never display comment area. What do I need to do to be able to leave the comments area open to users?

    Hello,

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

Enter each post and enable comments https://gyazo.com/bef1505a58e060a25b3f28899d12e360

Some of your posts have the option enabled and the comment area is displayed and some of them do not have.

    Best Regards

    Hello,
Thanks for the reply, but I can not find the post where I can enable the comments.
I only find one box to insert a comment, but what I would really like is for the user to comment.
Can you please tell me where I can?
    Thanks

    Hi Elise, great works, but….
I could see that when I am logged in with my user, who is the author of the post, this comment option is not available. I needed to log out of my user and log in with your user so the Discussion could appear.
Please, how can I configure for the post author to have the discussion box to bookmark?

    Hello,

Make sure you have enabled “Discussion” in the Screen options http://prntscr.com/ma9i5b

As soon as you enable you will get the option to activate/deactivate comments.

    Best Regards
