Post single page layout

I am trying to make the single post design layout as like the attached screenshot.
But still I am not able to make it in single.php

Can you please help me regards that.

You can build the template without editing PHP code. Just create the template in the WP Bakery page builder and insert it in all the posts, replacing the content. https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/?v=9025a1ae8c64
