Pre Footer is not reflecting.

Hi Team,
I just checked that my Pre Footer is not visible. I have checked all the settings but nothing came out of it. Please have a look.

You can enable the pre-footer in the Theme Settings> Footer.

Hi team,
I am not satisfied with your reply. I consider that you did not even log in to the website.
Moreover, my Pre Footer is enabled despite this it is not visible on the Homepage.
Kindly check the concern properly.
