    Is it possible to customize the pre-loading of the pages with the woodmart theme?
    If so, how?

    Hello,

    To configure the options related to the Pre-Loader of the Site, you need to go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > Preloader > there you can configure from the available options. See this image for reference: https://postimg.cc/XG33Ssdp
