Prebuild website importation Failure despite right Cpanel Limits

Good day,
while trying to import a prebuilt Demo, i end in getting the dreaded “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

I however have set my cpanel settings with a max input time set to 500.
Could you kindly check on my backend or/and provide me with a solution to import prebuilt demo

FYI i also tried to achieve this on a local install and ended having the same issue.
I would like to install the retail2 prebuilt demo.

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/72cb382156c2952af14230b22ed69a7c
