predefined product layouts don’t work

I imported the prebuilt site, but when I applied a woodmart predefined product layout to all products, it didn’t work and I’m sure I followed the steps here:

How do I provide you with my administrative privileges?

You can share your administrator’s username and password or create a new account for us. Then send us this information using the Private content field.

As we can see, the created layout is active on your single product page at the moment. You should be able to customize it with WPBakery page builder https://gyazo.com/b0a7401ff798a3e1b71a5c698898a529
