Can I change the location of the PREFOOTER from the bottom of the products to the top of it and put the labels in it as shown in a picture from the G-STORE website

Sorry to say there is no option to change the location of the prefooter to top.
But in this case You need to create HTML block with the content you want to show: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Then insert the HTML block into the Description field of the Product category.

You can show the content either at the top before the product grid or below the product grid. This option is provided in the Theme Settings > Product Archives.

Maybe you have created a custom layout for category pages. Please check the custom layout from dashboard > Layouts.

Instead of using the built-in Image Gallery widget, add individual Image widgets for each image you want to display.

For each Image widget you’ve added, set the image you want to display by uploading it or selecting it from your media library. Then, note down the URLs you want to link each image to.

Now you will see the + button to add the other language translation, You have to just click the quick edit the old categories and then select the language for that category, and click the update category button then you will see the language translation + button to add another language category.
