Prefooter Area HTML Block no longer being recognised?

After updating to your latest theme version 4.0.2 the prefooter area html block is no longer being recognised? I have disabled all non theme related plugins but this didn’t help. I have also created a new HTML block and added this to the prefooter area with some text but it’s still not displaying.

My site is being developed locally so cannot provide access at this time. Any reason as to why this is now being removed?
