prev/next buttons not showing

Hi team,

I think I have a bug on my site:

In the “frontend mode” I can see the pagination control & the prev/next buttons of my products categories.

But in the “online mode” outsite the frontend mode, they do not exist anymore. they disappeared!

I updated the theme and plugins, but no solution. Please, help.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

As we can see, you are using our theme on multiple websites and firstly, you need to send us all the purchase codes for each website.
