Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I haven’t touched that area. By the way thanks for your support. Could you please tell me how can I add some more field in the registration form? I want to take my clients billing details in the registration form.
That setting could be configured by default when you install Woocommerce. Unfortunately, Woocommerce does not provide the option to add the fields to the registration form. You will have to find a plugin. We have not tested any that is why we cannot recommend it.
