I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that you haven’t set the option from the Products >> Attributes >> Configure items.
Attribute dropdowns will be replaced with square icons for all the attribute items.
Please make sure that you have enabled the option for all the attribute items and attached the images correctly for the attribute items as well.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. The Image you used in the preview of the attribute is bigger in size that’s why it is displayed like that you can try reducing the size And try to make the image as square and then add it.
