Problem admin-ajax

When we add a product the admin-ajax.php is very slow.

It is not a server problem since we work on a dedicated 64 ram server, etc …

Could you help us detect what the problem is?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
