Problem equal height

I check the equal height option, but sections are not the same size. Can you help me to solve the problem ?

Please check the row settings and find the option Equal height: https://gyazo.com/c446832382d2e02ecddfcb2495741d39

You need to enable this option, the image in the left column should be set as a background.
