Problem Header Builder and Issue importing the dummy content

Hello,
When importing the dummy content, this error appears “Import AJAX problem. Please try import data manually.”
Then continue configuring my site and when I want to edit the Header Builder it appears empty.
It seems that the files were not installed, and I don’t know that other dummy files were not installed.
Please, Help me

Then make sure you have installed the theme according the steps in the following link:

If the problem continues then please provide admin panel login details also to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
