Hello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards
Hi good day.
It’s the first thing I did and it didn’t solve anything.
Have another idea?
The accès to the site in Private content.
I await your reply, thank you.
Hello,
WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of the installation of the plugin, please install one building plugin, you are going to use. Please disable and delete WP bakery page builder.
Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/woodmart-update-6-0-explained/
Best Regards
