problem loading product photo in store view

ogcortez1976ParticipantDear brothers, I am having problems in the woodmart theme when inside the store when the first page loads, you can see the photos. Now if I go to the second page, it does not load the photos of the products. If I reload the page as it is, if it loads the photos I can’t find the fault. I’ve checked all plugins and I can’t find any logic.As much as I change from page to page, it does not load the images now if I reload the page if they appear. help me please!!

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.

ogcortez1976Participantgood morning brothers I have found that this problem only occurs when the jetpack plugin is active. Do we have a way to solve it to be able to continue using jetpack? Since it gives us a lot of information on the conversion rate for the client?

Please check the jetpack plugin setting. Try to disable the option lazy load images in the plugin setting. If the issue remains, contact the plugin support in this regard they will guide you to better.

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/If you need help, feel free to contact us.
