Problem quantity products on the completing order

Good evening,
I sent an order and after completing the order, instead of 1 box of Ganoderma, 12 boxes were added to my basket. Please remove 11 boxes and leave only one. The strange thing is that it has never happened to me that more units are added to any product. I hope the misunderstanding is resolved.
I cannot reproduce this error, but it has happened several times, to add more pieces to the complete order than the selected ones
Please help with this problem
