Problem to customize my elements

I have a problem when I use WPBakery on my Woodmart theme: when I want to add margin or padding on an element, each time I click on a box to set values, I am redirected to https://www.w3schools.com/
Can you please help me, sometimes it is impossible for me to style a block.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the margins and padding values are the page builder functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
