i try to install for fist time the WoodMArt Teme and when i insert the Purchase code i recive this error:

the hosting told me that they are not able to relicate the problem and they need from you

sorry we can’t disable any plugins becouse wee need website online..
we didn0’t know there were so much problems to instal your Teme.
We need install your teme and after delite the old one..
We can be offline with website just one hour to replace the new teme..
IF you can’t resolve the problem we ask you the refund becouse we ned istal new teme without have many problems
