i want remove 2 elements in my page but i can not do it

We are glad to know that you considered using Basel for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.
1. Sidebar widgets can be managed via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets. If you want to disable the sidebar completely you can do this in Theme Settings -> General layout.
2. The page heading element can be disabled via Dashboard -> Theme settings -> Page heading.
