Problem when i try to import any Prebuilt websites

AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

Trying to import the fashion theme and getting above error. All but essential plugins are disabled

Further to my previous post I’ve got it to load by turning off the eliminator plug in (thought it was off) but once loaded the menus at the top have doubled up. Can you help with that?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

You can now clean your menu from unnecessary items in Appearance -> Menus. Or you can remove the imported dummy content and import it again.
