As I understand you have presented the variations with a plugin, have you? This plugin may be not compatible with our theme that is why you have such a problem.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.

There are various products which do not have prices that is why you cannot choose.

but each one of products is variable (containing few prices – NOT simple). probably, because of it instead button “add quantity of product” appearing something else.

I tried to deactivate all plugins. Also I do not remember, that made changes in php files.

when I change to other theme, like StoreFront, – works normally. Button “Choose” becomes clickable.
