Problem with 1064 error SQL syntax

Hello,
i have to move the site on localhost for some testing and for adding some capabilities but when i try to import the db file from the live site to localhost i get for 2 tables 1064 syntax error.
I tried all the other tables alone and they are working fine. These 2 tables are the wp_options and wp_posts.
I include a file with the error detail. I ve searched it a lot before send you but it seems that something is written wrong, can you please help or guide me? because it is very crucial to me for finishing the site.

Our theme doesn’t influence your database structure and can’t be the reason for your problem. Sorry, but we don’t have a solution for you since it is out of our theme support scope.
