Problem with activation and base import

I’m not being able to activate my theme, when I try I get this message: “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version”.
Based is previous answers in the forum I contacted my server provider and he replied to me that the Open SSL version is already available with the SSL installed in the website. You can check the SSL details here: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=teloquedas.com
Also when I try to download the base info it does not charge more than 1% regardless the time I let it charge (image attached).

It finally moved from 1% and now is showing other error: “Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.”
It is running in a clean WordPress instalation I have not installed any other plugin rather than the required for the theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide the site admin access to the private area.
Advise, please what demo you would like to upload and what builder you prefer.

The wordpress instalation is new so it have no other plugins installed, I send you the admin access.

mauliciorrParticipantHi Elise, at the end the base info loaded (after 3 hours) but showing this message: Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.
I’ll be waiting for you answer regarding this problem and the Theme activation

I am checking the site and do not see any messages, how can I reproduce the problem?
Deactivate the child theme and try again, if you have the problem again, make the full backup of the site and export theme settings, and confirm I can upload a demo to check.
