Problem with admin rights

Hi, i have a problem with my admin rights. i can as admin not reach all the things i normaly could reach.

i get this error: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page
Also see attachment for my user profile.

What could this be?

I have no idea where it is coming from. But ther are some more problems. i tryed also to put back diferent back-ups but it wont help me. my footer is gone. my custom css is also gone. This custom css i got from you guys. this was for the lower footer to make it white with dark text.

in my account i see twice logout and can not come to the dokan dasboard anymore.

Would you take a look inside my site? it is not stable to go on for me right now.

But we can’t check who or what have removed your footer widgets and the CSS code. What should we check there?

As for the dashboard, could you please check is it related to our theme switching to default WordPress theme and compare how it works?

Can you then then tell me how to get my footer back? because everything in the widgets is still there. and i did not removed anything.

Be sure that all footer columns have some widgets added inside them.

Okay, i have placed several back-ups but nothing helped. for now i have set back a recent backup.

but in the foor collumn 1 there is missing my content. this was edited from the original. look for screen copy. where can i find that one to place it back. Also can you provide me the css for the white section under the footer? this one has now same color as my footer.
