Problem with checkout with shipping

    Hello there.
    We need to solve the shipping selection problem when the customer is about to checkout in the shop online
    The checkout page does not give us the option to choose different shipping methods. How can it be solved?
    How can we fix it?

    Hello,

    You need to configure the shipment methods in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipment. Please also check the Dashboard> layout and if you have any template for checkout, please disable it.

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Hi there.
    We have performed a backup of the web store. We have installed the storefront theme and everything is the same.
    On the other hand we have done a clean installation of wordpress with woocommerce and with the storefront theme and everything works correctly.
    We need a solution or if it is not possible the refund of the renewal of the theme, since last year everything was going very well and this year everything is problems.
    Thank you very much for understanding us but we need a solution as soon as possible because we have the online store and we can not sell our products and we are losing money.

    This problem is not caused by our theme, you see the same on the Storefron. It means you have configured Shipping methods incorrectly.
