Thanx for soon anwer, but my problem is that I don’t have the option to add an html block in the settings menu – see. previous image.

If I have the menu settings and then open the drop-down menu of some menu item, then I do not have the option to set the html block there.

Please enable all in the Screen option in the top right corner.

As soon as you add a menu item, save the menu and set “Full-width” or “Set-size”

If it does not work, please provide the site admin access.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Please contact your host support and aks them to increase this parameter PHP max input vars: to 5000 min, now it is 3000
