Problem with customization “cart” page

Hi, there are problems with displaying the custom shopping cart. I’ve customized cart.php , footer.php , functions.php to create a “request submission form” on the shopping cart page without a checkout, I have deleted the “coupon”. And everything worked fine, but after a couple of days the shopping cart became standard, minus the two-column layout. Then I created a woodmart-child theme and replaced the custom files in the parent with the standard ones, but nothing changed. The custom code has not changed after successful creation.
