modestferraroParticipantHi, I have an e-commerce of more than 2000 products and I have installed Woodmart today but I could not import the Electronics 2 demo. Please import the demo but I absolutely must not lose my products, it would be a great damage. Thanks, see you soon!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please clarify what issue you have importing the dummy content?
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.Kind Regards
May 9, 2022 at 4:37 pm #374322
modestferraroParticipantI have to switch from one theme to another without losing the products. I installed the template and tried to import the theme, I got to 90% and it stopped. I remind you that I MUST NOT ABSOLUTELY LOSE THE PRODUCTS
May 9, 2022 at 5:04 pm #374332
Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, send us a screenshot of the error you get when trying to import the dummy content.
You will not lose your products, but the dummy content will not be imported in full because of existing content.
May 9, 2022 at 5:05 pm #374333
modestferraroParticipantI cannot take the screen because I have already completed the process, a message highlighted in red came out saying that I could not complete the process.
May 9, 2022 at 5:08 pm #374335
Artem TemosKeymasterIt means that the part of the dummy content was imported. But because you had some products already the dummy content was not imported in full.
We suggest you create a fresh installation and import the dummy content there. Then, move your products from this website to your new website using WooCommerce import/export mechanism.Kind Regards

modestferraroParticipantHow can I import sliders?
May 10, 2022 at 9:21 am #374478
Artem TemosKeymasterIf you are interested in Slider revolution then we can send you its zip files with sliders. Please, name the slider you need and we will send you it.

modestferraroParticipantHi, I’m having numerous problems with the template, in terms of speed and more. If you can kindly do a check to understand everything wrong.
May 10, 2022 at 10:21 am #374504
modestferraroParticipantGive me also a slider pack, not one. Thank you.
May 10, 2022 at 10:42 am #374517
Artem TemosKeymasterYou can download all sliders here https://filebin.net/1z88pjpz8jopxyi6
May 10, 2022 at 11:02 am #374526
modestferraroParticipantAlso I have different sized product images. How can I make the images all the same size at least in the view to make the catalog uniform?
May 10, 2022 at 12:27 pm #374559
Artem TemosKeymasterHere is a tutorial that should help you in this case https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/
May 10, 2022 at 12:31 pm #374560
modestferraroParticipantI set everything up from here, but it doesn’t work. Besides this I have numerous other problems, like the site is very slow and also I can’t import the sliders. Please do this for me, thank you.
May 10, 2022 at 3:08 pm #374612
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. You can find our guide about how to optimize your website built with our themes here https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/
If you find our theme not suitable for your website at all, we can return your money back. You can request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/newKind Regards
XTemos StudioMay 10, 2022 at 3:38 pm #374623
modestferraroParticipantSince I installed the theme there are slowdown, I do not wish it was the incorrect import of the demo. Can’t you check? Because even when I load pages with Elementor they are very, very slow.
May 10, 2022 at 3:41 pm #374624
Artem TemosKeymasterCurrently, we don’t see any problems with speed caused by Elementor or our theme. But there are still a lot of things that need to be optimized. You need to follow our tutorial and optimize everything step by step.
May 10, 2022 at 3:49 pm #374631
modestferraroParticipantCan you help me make all the images in the catalog and categories view the same size?
May 10, 2022 at 4:06 pm #374646
modestferraroParticipantAlso I encountered this problem: I would like to delete these popup buttons but I cannot delete them despite clicking on DELETE

Artem TemosKeymasterWe have deleted this element for you and will fix this in our next theme update.
As for product image sizes, they are controlled by WooCommerce, not the theme. You can change them in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Product images.
Kind Regards
May 10, 2022 at 5:38 pm #374673
modestferraroParticipantI used to see everything correctly, now I don’t. Please resize please, thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Please, describe to us your problem in a bit more detail. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce them on your website.
Thank you in advance.
May 11, 2022 at 10:22 am #374813
modestferraroParticipantThis is the screen, I would like the products to have the same height in order to standardize the catalog

Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to go to Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images and set cropping options to 1:1. This will make all your images squared as you request.
May 11, 2022 at 11:24 am #374836
modestferraroParticipantI’ve tried, but it doesn’t work. Since I installed the template, I no longer resize articles.
May 11, 2022 at 2:16 pm #374918
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards
May 11, 2022 at 4:17 pm #374979
modestferraroParticipantI tried with the template I had before and everything is ok. With Woodmart I cannot resize images so that it is a uniform product grid
May 11, 2022 at 5:21 pm #375000
Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, switch to the default WordPress theme and send us a link where we can see proper image sizes so we can check what is wrong.
May 12, 2022 at 11:02 am #375175
modestferraroParticipantI can’t send it. Also has the sidebar disappeared from the shop page? How can I do? I’m just having mistakes and no one is helping me.
May 12, 2022 at 11:14 am #375180
Artem TemosKeymasterMake sure that the sidebar for the shop page is enabled in Theme Settings and it contains some widgets added via Appearance -> Widgets. Send us screenshots from both places so we can check if everything is configured correctly.
