Problem with facebook pixel

Hey! Hope you are fine. Can you help me or can you give some ideas how i can fix it?
On the top of the page i see this notice:

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I checked it. Its look like theme issue. Look screenshot. I hope i did everything right what you mean.

So if the error exists with other themes as well then it is caused by the plugin, not by our theme.
