And sorry just because you’ll check that “problem” could you please me let me know how to disable the transiction on loading page (if you surf on the website you could see a black bar loading when you change the page).
i would like to add more speed to the website, i bought the plugin you suggest but the speed seems also to slow.

    Hello,

1- The Filters not working concern, is now resolved on your Site.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

2- The Black bar that you are referring to on the Page Load are mostly called the Preloaders. But under the Theme Settings > Performance > Preloader > it is already turned off on your Site: https://snipboard.io/kH38Vl.jpg

So, the one appearing on your Site right now might be coming through some third party Plugin, it seems. So, you need to check that.

    Best Regards

    hello,

    1) even if i cleared the cache on the website and on my personal device, the filter still didn’t show up (i’m using chrome and safari)
    2) about the preloader was something i add by a previous version of the template, and now, even if i can see is disable, it’s still there.
    could you please check?

    thanks
    Simone

    Hello,

1- Although, it was quite strange to have it on your Site even with the options disabled. We have tried to hide it out with the Custom CSS applied on your Site. Please check back your Site again in this regard after clearing browser cache.

2- In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

Also, you can read the following Guide regarding the Performance Optimization:

    Hope this helps !

    Best Regards
