Problem with Image hotspot

Hello, I’m using Image hotspot element in my template. I has a problem with this element. This element only display add hotspot after just add new element to template, but hotpost don’t display when save hotspot setting. Only when I save the entire interface, the hotspot shows up on the image. But there was another problem after saving the whole interface, that is, the button to add a new hotspot and edit element toolbar are no longer displayed, making it impossible for me to edit the settings of this image hotspot element and also not to add a new hotspot later. I can only add by duplicating an existing hotspot and editing it.

My problem occurred in the frontend editor. As in the video, I added a new hotspot image, then added a hotspot, but it didn’t display the hotspot immediately, only when I saved the page and reloaded the page. Also, I change the location of the hotspot, the location is not updated immediately, but after saving the changes of the page and reloading. And another problem is that after adding a hotspot, the plus sign at the bottom of the image to add a new hotspot is completely gone, making it impossible for me to add a new hotspot.
