Problem with Mega Menu

Thanks for reading my ticket.
I’m having an unprecedented problem.
Some items on my menu, when hovering, have to drag the mouse out and then drag the mouse to another item then display the sub-item. Unable to drag the mouse from one item to another, you can watch the video:
