Problem with menu

Hi, how are you ?
Im tryng to create a new menu and add the html block like in my old menu (reference picture capt 4) But the box with the option to add the html block or the size of the menu does not appear and I tried creating it from the category option, html block and custom link i attach the picture, I attach the images of how it appears to me now.

And how i setup i large sidebar i tried in the theme setting and dindt work

Please save the menu as soon as you have added a menu item, then set the width: Full-width or Set size, if the option does not appear to enable all in the Screen Options in the right top corner.
