Problem with mini cart sidebar

Hello!
i have a problem when i’m on my shop page and click on add-to-cart icon then firstly it shows mini cart sidebar but now it always shows empty cart when already there is some items into the cart . Please help me into this.You can see the screenshot that i have shared.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
