Problem with PHP

    Hello recently i updated your theme to 7.1, and it was asking for me to update the php version to 8. I did that but other very usefull plugins to my website didnt work, thats why i tried to switch again to PHP. But a lot of things in woodmart not working any more (f.e. icons, categories). I tried to reinstall it, didnt work.
    What should i do?

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Actually i found the problem, i was reinstalling the theme but not the woodmart plugin. Soo i tried to reinstall the plugin and it work. I think its ok but now i have a problem with mobile loading time, it is really slow, in google insights gets 25 score. Can you help?

However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

    You need to follow our tutorial and check all aspects of your website optimization. Note that it doesn’t depend on the theme itself only.

    Hello,
    I followed a lot of steps in this tutorial but i have a problem with the WpRocket. I am doing as the tutorial says and the website have problems. First, it doesnt loads, it stucks on the preloader. Second, when it loads it isnt interactive, you cant do anything. I am deactivating the options now, cause i want it to be functional. But please with the credentials that i provided enable once again the option and see the problems.

    yeah its working but the options of JS compress is disabled, if you enable them as the tutorial that you sent me says the website have the problems that i told.

    As we can see, the WP Rocket JS optimization options are still turned off. Please, enable them as per our instructions. Also, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off since they affect the performance.

    unfortunatlly thats not posible, because this is a running eshop of a customer. If i deactivate them and you see the site after hours my customer will be disapointed. So if you can disactivate them when you see the site and check for the problem.

    We see that your website is extremely stow on backend. It means that some of the installed plugins affect this. And probably, this plugin also influences the front end. That is why you need to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily. Contact us after disabling the plugins so we can check this asap too.

    The WP Rocket works correctly now but the server response time is still slow. Could you check with the default WordPress theme?

    Yes, with a wordpress default theme is perfect as you can see at the screenshot below.

    We are talking about the server response time. With a default theme it takes up to 4 seconds to load an almost empty cart page. Check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/fe922ba06d149ae7bf609fbfe1f86df1
    It should be loaded in less than 1 second. While it is not loaded in that time, you will not get a fast website with any theme.
    So you need to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    i talked with the server provider and upgraded the server to a high value package but the comfired me that the problem most now probably is from the theme. So can you please help me?

    Could you please check the server response time on the cart page when the default theme is active? It should be less than 1s.

    I tried that but the problem is not only there. The customer cant add a product to cart also. It needs to wait alot.
    I removed a lot of the plugins, but still it lags a lot. Also i installed imagify and run that too!

    Do you mean that it is slow with our theme only or do you see the problem with the default WordPress theme too? Because as we can see, nothing is changed on your website and it still has a very slow server response.

    Yes the theme it self slows the add to cart function for example. If i enable other theme i dont see this problem that much.

    It means that the problem is not caused by Woodmart.
