PROBLEM: WITH PLUGIN FOR THE BULK OFFERS

Hello! I have a problem with displaying the products on offer in the various site widgets.
I am managing offers with the “XLPlugin Finale” plugin (Dedicated to the creation of bulk offers and offer rules)

When creating an offer for a specific category, the badge shows the discount percentage on the single product but appears in every part of the site where only the products on offer should appear but do not appear.

While if I create a manual offer by directly modifying the single product then it is possible to see the product in the various sections of the site dedicated to the offers.

How can I do to solve, is there a compatible plugin to manage bid rules with your theme?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? The functionality of this plugin is not related to our theme and we can hardly advise you in this situation.

I certainly did a test with other themes, in the past I used that plugin and it worked well on the old topic.

If it can help you understand I realized that all the plugins that go to create prices on offer without adding a discounted price in the editor section (Watching the screenshot called “editor1”) of the product the system does not work.
While if I go to modify the product manually by adding a different price and then on offer then in this case everything works.

I take this opportunity to ask for another help, I noticed (as you can see from the screenshot called “Price1”) that the price filter marks a number about 4 times greater than the real maximum price of my shop, this may depend on some setting of the your theme?

We don’t quite understand how this plugin is supposed to work. Please, provide us two screenshots: the first is how it works with a standard theme and the other one is with our WoodMart. And also the link where we can test this.

The price filter is a WooCommerce widget and it usually takes the highest price of the product (not a sale but regular price).
