PROBLEM WITH PLUGIN PROTECTED CATEGORIES

Hi there,
we are encountering a conflict between your theme and the WooCommerce Protected Categories plugin developed by Barn2.

The problem is that we are not able to add to the cart protected products when logged out (as a guest) in a specific language.

We have tested with a different theme (TwentyTwenty) and with the exact same configuration and there is no problem when done that way.

So we think that the conflict must come from your theme. Could you help us and take a look at it ?

We did no declare the compatibility with this plugin that is why we do not guarantee the full compatibility. Please contact the plugin support and find our what do they suggest, perhaps they would recommend something.

Hi Elise, here is the response from Barn2 :

Our plugins are built in accordance with the WordPress Codex and its best practices, which ensures that they should work with any theme that has been designed in the same manner.

And they won’t help us with that. They say to come back to you.
Could you take a look by yourself ? Maybe it’s a quick fix.

Hi Elise, you go to (logged out of the admin, so as a guest) :

You then add a product in the cart.
If you are in the english version of the website it won’t work. They say the product is not available
If you are in the french version of the website, it will work.

If you are logged in, both languages works.

That is our problem. We are not able to add products to the cart as a guest in the english portion of the protected categories.
