Problem with product images

Hello XTEMOS Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the product images on my site using your template. Here are the details:

1) Images Not Displaying Correctly:
I have variable products with different colors, and for each color, there are specific images assigned.
However, when I open a product, I only see the main product image and the color variation images. The additional images assigned to each color variation are not visible.
Interestingly, if I refresh the page using Shift+F5 or open the browser in incognito mode, I can see the images temporarily. But upon reloading the page, they disappear again.

2) Incorrect Images Displayed for Variations:
For example, my “Black” color variation has 5 images assigned, while the “Yellow” variation has only 1 (default).
When I select the “Yellow” variation, the images from the “Black” variation are also displayed, which should not happen since each variation has its own set of images.
To help you understand the issue better, I have attached screenshots showing the problem.

Could you please help me resolve these issues? Let me know if you need further details or access to the site for troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, you do not have the carousel configured correctly in order for it to work correctly, Variation Image Gallery should be in all variations and not only in 1 variation and the main image must be different and not the same as in the variation image area – https://snipboard.io/2QIFEx.jpg

I’ve noticed an issue with color variations in the product display. Specifically:

Adding images of the black color to the main product (not the variation) seems to fix the issue. However, I believe this is not the intended way for the functionality to work.

Also, when attempting to change colors for a product on a mobile device, the behavior is inconsistent, and the color does not change correctly.

I recommend testing this functionality on a mobile phone to better understand the problem.

Can you log in and set the product the correct way so i can understand if the issue comes from me? Also i am pretty sure that’s a bug and i want to tell me if i will have a fix (update etc).

I can see its the same with the one where you can’t enter but i dont know the reason.

If for some reason you can’t go directly to the product via url you can find it by the name. Feel free to make any change to it so i can understand why i have this issue.

Define images for the main gallery as well – https://prnt.sc/EhBKpnZk1HmA, at the same time make sure that the main image – https://prnt.sc/-R5slGSTMWok is not defined for the gallery.

Now the gallery works well, you can recheck it and let me know.

If i remove the second image and i have only the product image like that:

The carousel of the product is not visible when i click on the product and it is only visible with shift + f5 until i reload again:

Is this the way it should work? I understand the changes that you have made but I need to know if I must have always 2 images for the product so the carousel will work properly.

I don’t want to have 2 images in the product. I want to have only 1 and the others in variations. This is my problem.

Hello,

The thing is that when you use gallery images for the variations, you need to define the gallery image for the main product to make it work well. Unfortunately, it works only in such a way now.
