Problem with redsys

    Hi

    when a purchase is made in my store with redsys pay even if the payment is processed the order is always pending and can only be completed manually to receive purchase order mail.

    Hello,

    As you are using the “Redsys WooCommerce” plugin which did not work in your site and even payment is processed the order is still pending.

    It seems that third party plugin is not compatible with our theme or conflicts with default WooCommerce functionality.

    We provide our dedicated theme support and this is not the theme issue. You need to ask this issue to the plugin author.

    Are you sure that Redsys WooCommerce is not compatible with the theme? In this case, Which plugin do I have to use with woodmart to use the redsys payment gateway? This is essential for my online store.

    I have verified that if I put the payment as completed and not as pending in the redsys configuration, the emails are sent without problems.but I don’t want another error to happen.

    Hello,

    As we did not test that third party plugin “Redsys WooCommerce” in our theme yet. So you might be using some incorrect settings in that plugin or this is also possible that the plugin also conflict with the default WooCommerce functionality in some situations.

    I can’t suggest you any third party plugin for this purpose. You have to find and try the plugins by yourself.

    As you said that you don’t want another error then you have to contact the “Redsys WooCommerce” plugin support team because this is not related to our theme.
